Christmas cookies. I love them. There is no other time of year when I can justify making so many different types at once (sugar cookies, gingerbread, chocolate peppermint crinkles, peanut butter…) Yum. :) But what good are Christmas cookies if you don’t share them?? Each year, I bake for my husband, our friends, and my close neighbors. Close to 250 cookies this year! Many thanks to my dear friend Chelsea who kept me company while I baked all these goodies.
